As a board certified physician, Dr. Navarro graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T), Boston University School Of Medicine in 1983, University of Miami School of Medicine, and the American College of Phlebology where she received certification with the american Board of Phlebology . Dr. Navarro is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society of Internal Medicine, Palm Beach Medical Society, and an active member of the American College of Phelbology. She is the Founder of the Women's West Palm Beach Medical Society since 1986.

Dr. Navarro has studied with leaders in the field of sclerotherapy both in the United States and Europe and lectures extensively on the subject. She is also on staff at the leading hospitals in the Palm Beach Area.

Dr. Navarro dedicates her time to the Children's Place at Homesafe - a center dedicated to the care of abused and AIDS- affected children, as well as the Children's Case Management Organization (CCMO).
